  1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

  1. Decision regarding the validation of the result of the University Referendum for electing the modality of designating the Rector of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași for the 2024–2028 term. Thus, following the votes validly cast by the members of the academic community, it was decided that the designation of the Rector for the 2024–2028 term shall be made based on general elections, through universal, direct, and secret vote.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of the Organization and Functioning Regulation of the Doctoral School of Physics, according to the annex.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of the resumption of doctoral studies, starting July 1, 2023, by Ms. Maria Ionela Crasnean (married Lazorec), within the Doctoral School of Economics and Business Administration, following the interruption of studies for a duration of two years, for child-rearing and care purposes.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of the resumption of doctoral studies, starting September 7, 2023, by Ms. Andreea Mădălina Cozma (married Gania), within the Doctoral School of Geosciences, following the interruption of studies for a duration of two years, for child-rearing and care purposes.
