1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the approval of the Structure of the 2022–2023 academic year (bachelor’s and master’s university studies – full-time [IF], part-time [IFR], distance learning [ID]).

3. Decision regarding the approval of the Methodology on the organization and conduct of elections for members of doctoral school councils and the appointment of doctoral school directors for the 2022–2027 term.

4. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the professional activity of students – bachelor’s university study cycle, which applies to students enrolled starting with the 2022–2023 academic year, 1st year of study.

5. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the professional activity of students – master’s university study cycle, which applies to students enrolled starting with the 2022–2023 academic year, 1st year of study.

6. Decision regarding the approval of the Institutional Regulation on the organization and functioning of doctoral university studies.

7. Decision regarding the approval of extending the tenured status in university education, until the end of the 2022–2023 academic year, for the following teaching staff who will reach the legal retirement age during the academic year:

8. Decision regarding the approval of maintaining the tenured status in university education after reaching the age of 65, in the 2022–2023 academic year, for Prof. Henri Luchian, PhD, from the Faculty of Computer Science.

9. Decision regarding the approval of maintaining the tenured status in university education after reaching the age of 65, in the 2022–2023 academic year, for Prof. Dorel Lucanu, PhD, from the Faculty of Computer Science.

10. Decision regarding the approval, considering the Substantiation note regarding the organizational structure – Casa Universitarilor Iași of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, of:
• Establishing the Casa Universitarilor Iași Bureau within the structure of the Dormitories and Canteens Directorate – International Exchanges Service, coordinated by a bureau head;
• Establishing the following positions as part of the personnel scheme to ensure the operation of the Casa Universitarilor Iași structure:
o Casa Universitarilor Iași Bureau Head – 1 position

11. Decision regarding the approval of the balance sheet of SC Conventus SRL for the year 2021.

12. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the organization, duties, and functioning of the emergency cell.

Decision regarding the approval, pursuant to Art. 12 of Law no. 49/14.03.2013 amending Art. 12 of Law no. 288/2004 regarding the organization of university studies, of the request for postponing the defense of the doctoral thesis by Ms. Daniela Maria Boșca (married Gheorghe), from the Doctoral School of Sociology of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

14. Decision regarding the approval of allocating 25 fee-paying places for the master’s programs of the Faculty of Computer Science in the July 2022 admission session.

15. Decision regarding the approval of the affiliation as a PhD supervisor of Assoc. Prof. Claudiu Costin, PhD, to the Doctoral School of Physics, in the doctoral university study field of Physics.

16. Decision regarding the approval of the affiliation as a PhD supervisor of Prof. Dan Mihai Chițoiu, PhD, to the Doctoral School of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences, in the doctoral university study field of Philosophy.
