1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

3. Decision regarding the approval of modifying the Operational Procedure regarding the conduct of “face-to-face” (on-site) teaching activities during the state of alert and the consequences determined by the epidemiological context of the SARS-CoV-2 infection, adopted through Senate Decision no. 3 of September 24, 2020, and modified through Senate Decision no. 5 of October 12, 2020.

4. Decision regarding the approval of delegating to the Executive Bureau of the Board of Administration and the Board of Administration the authority to harmonize the Operational Procedure regarding the conduct of “face-to-face” (on-site) teaching activities during the state of alert and the consequences determined by the epidemiological context of the SARS-CoV-2 infection with any subsequent legislative acts issued later that refer to “face-to-face” teaching activity, with the University Senate pronouncing itself only in the situation of modifying the scenario for organizing and conducting teaching activities.

5. Decision regarding the validation of the appointment of Prof. Luminița Bejenaru, PhD, to the position of Director of the Doctoral School of Biology.

6. Decision regarding the validation of the appointment of Prof. Nicolae Râmbu, PhD, to the position of Director of the Doctoral School of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences.

7. Decision regarding the validation of the appointment of Prof. Lenuța Alboaie, PhD, to the position of Director of the Doctoral School of Computer Science.
