Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis report on the competition for filling the position of scientific research assistant, ½ norm, temporary, put up for competition within the research project PN-III-P1-1.1-TE-2016-2314, acronym MNSA, financing contract no. 69/05.02.2018. Appointment to the position shall be made effective October 1, 2018.

Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis report on the competition for filling the position of scientific research assistant, temporary, by Mr. Ioan – Ciprian Bursuc, position put up for competition within the research project PN-III-P1-1.2-PCCDI-2017-0686, acronym PATCULT#RO, financing contract no. 52PCCDI/2018. Appointment to the position shall be made effective October 1, 2018.

Appointment to the position shall be made effective October 1, 2018.

Decision regarding the approval of modifying the composition of the Temporary Special Commission of the University Senate for the revision and adaptation of university regulations in relation to current legislation and its own strategy by replacing Prof. Marius Durea, PhD, with Assoc. Prof. Ştefan Ciobâcă, PhD, from the Faculty of Computer Science. The new composition of the Temporary Special Commission of the University Senate for the revision and adaptation of university regulations in relation to current legislation and its own strategy is as follows:
17. Decision regarding the approval of amending article 11 para. (6) of the Regulation on the organization and conduct of pedagogical practice, as follows:
Art. 11. para. (6). For the proper conduct of activity, the university teaching staff member – methodologist/practice supervisor, may supervise a number of maximum 20 students (2 groups). The norming of activity shall be made in the job description, in accordance with in-force regulations. In the job descriptions, practice groups shall be formed based on the number of students who have completed and passed disciplines included in the curriculum of the teaching professionalization module, plus students enrolled in the pedagogical module who have completed an Erasmus mobility.
Art. 11. Para. (6.1) As an exception, starting with the current academic year, practice groups may also include students who have one or two unpassed disciplines, disciplines that are included in the curriculum of the teaching professionalization module.

Decision regarding the approval of the tuition fee amounting to 500 lei for trainees enrolled in the continuous training course Inspector in the field of occupational health and safety, which shall take place through the Continuous Training Center in the field of Chemistry, Environmental Science, and Occupational Health and Safety within the Faculty of Chemistry. The tuition fee shall be paid by trainees at any BRD branch in the country, with the collection code: professional training fee. Fees shall be highlighted in the faculty zone, in a distinct carrier.
