7. Decision regarding memo no. 1287/25.01.2018, filed by Prof. Mihaela Secrieru, PhD, requesting the Senate to invalidate the results of the merit increment award competition from the Faculty of Letters on the grounds of procedure vitiation and to reorganize the competition.

8. Decision regarding the approval of amending the Regulation of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași on granting scholarships and other forms of material support for students, Chapter II. Categories of scholarships, granting period, allocation of funds and their amounts, art. 4 par. (1), which shall read as follows:
Art. 4 (1) Scholarships, regardless of category, are granted for the entire duration of the academic year (12 months). Scholarships obtained for each semester are in payment for a period of six months each (first period: beginning of the academic year – March 31 of each university study cycle; second period: April 1 – September 30 of each university study cycle). As an exception, scholarships obtained by students in their final years are in payment for the duration of one semester of the university study cycle.

9. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting a response from the University Senate to the City Hall of Iași, regarding its request to place a bronze statue of King Ferdinand I the Unifier in the park in front of Body B.

10. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the Executive Council of the Student Entrepreneurial Society within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași (SAS-UAIC), as follows:

13. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor to the Doctoral School of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences of the following teaching staff:

15. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor to the Doctoral School of Geosciences of the following teaching staff:

17. Decision regarding the validation of the election of student Apostol Petru Emil, year II of master’s university studies, as student representative in the Council of the Faculty of History, starting with the 2017–2018 academic year.
