8. Decision regarding the approval of establishing the following master’s university study programs within the master’s university study domain Law of the Faculty of Law, starting with the 2018–2019 academic year:
  • Criminal Sciences, with a duration of 2 semesters (by reorganizing the existing master’s program);
  • Business Law, with a duration of 2 semesters (by reorganizing the existing master’s program);
  • Criminalistics, with a duration of 2 semesters (by reorganizing the existing master’s program);
  • Special Jurisdictions, with a duration of 2 semesters;
  • Judicial Career, with a duration of 2 semesters.

9. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling temporary scientific research positions, put up for competition within the research project PN-III-P4-ID-PCE-2016-0376, entitled Conformational changes of peptides in the presence of metal ions and anti-amyloid compounds, time- and pH-dependent, involved in neurodegenerative diseases, acronym Meticonp H, financing contract no. 56/12.07.2017, according to the annex. Appointment to the position shall be made effective December 6, 2017.

14. Decision regarding the approval of initiating a consultation procedure with the academic community, until January 12, 2018, with a view to revising the Methodology regarding the granting of the merit increment for teaching staff, with the proposals or observations submitted to the Senate Secretariat through the University Registry to be analyzed within the Special Commission of the Senate for the revision and adaptation of university regulations in relation to current legislation and its own strategy, with a view to developing a new methodology during 2018, to be submitted for Senate approval, in perspective of the 2019 competition.

15. Decision regarding the approval of the list of bachelor’s university study programs to be evaluated by ARACIS in the 2017–2018 academic year.

16. Decision regarding the approval of the list of master’s university study programs to enter liquidation starting with the 2018–2019 academic year.

17. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Student Entrepreneurial Society within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași (SAS-UAIC).

18. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor of Assoc. Prof. Luminiţa Bejenaru, PhD, in the field of Biology, to the Doctoral School of Biology.

19. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor to the Doctoral School of Psychology and Education Sciences of the following teaching staff:
