Decisions of the University Senate of November 24, 2016

1. Decision regarding the approval of the request of Prof. Bogdan-Petru Maleon, PhD, regarding the granting of the recommendation of the Senate of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași to participate in the competition for filling the position of General Director at the “Mihai Eminescu” Central University Library in Iași.

2. Decision regarding the approval of the Operational Plan of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași for 2017, according to the Annex.

3. Decision regarding the approval of tuition figures, admission conditions, and application and tuition fees for taking the admission examination to bachelor’s university studies in the 2017–2018 academic year, according to the Annex.

4. Decision regarding the approval of tuition figures, admission conditions, and application and tuition fees for taking the admission examination to master’s university studies in the 2017–2018 academic year, according to the Annex.

5. Decision regarding the approval of tuition figures, admission conditions, and application and tuition fees for taking the admission examination to professional conversion programs for pre-university teaching staff, in the 2017–2018 academic year, according to the Annex.

6. Decision regarding the approval of the results of the competition concerning the allocation of merit increments for auxiliary teaching staff from the November 2016 session, according to the Annex.

7. Decision regarding the approval of the Methodology for granting merit increments to teaching staff at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, according to the Annex.

8. Decision regarding the validation of student Costel Marian Dalban as student representative of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences in the Senate of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

9. Decision regarding the validation of student representatives in the Ethics Commission of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, as follows:
  • Ana Rusu – member;
  • Marian Hariuc – substitute member.

10. Decision regarding the validation of student Iris Gavrilescu as student representative in the Commission for Quality Evaluation and Management of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

11. Decision regarding the validation of student Costel Marian Dalban in the position of student representative in the Executive Bureau of the Board of Administration of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

12. Decision regarding the validation of the following students in the Council of the Center for European Studies, starting with the 2016–2017 academic year:
  • Andreea Mădălina Cimpoeșu;
  • Anca – Elena Moscaliuc.

13. Decision regarding the approval of maintaining the status of tenured faculty member in higher education for Assoc. Prof. Doina Paula Spiță, PhD, from the Faculty of Letters, after reaching the age of 65, until the end of the 2016–2017 academic year.

14. Decision regarding the approval of the list of bachelor’s university study programs to be evaluated by ARACIS in the 2016–2017 academic year and the list of bachelor’s programs to enter liquidation starting with the 2017–2018 academic year, according to the Annexes.

15. Decision regarding the approval of the list of master’s university study programs to be accredited in the 2016–2017 academic year and the list of master’s fields to be periodically evaluated in the 2016–2017 academic year, according to the Annexes.

16. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor in the field of Sociology of Prof. Daniela Cojocaru, PhD, to the Doctoral School of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences.

17. Decision regarding the approval of supporting the graduation examination for a number of 12 graduates of the Roman Catholic Theological Institute of Iași, Specialization Pastoral Roman Catholic Theology, 1999–2006 promotion from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Iași, at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, Faculty of Roman Catholic Theology, in the January – February 2017 session.

18. Decision regarding the request of the Department for Teacher Training to approve the maximum number of hours that teaching staff can perform under an hourly-payment regime within the general psycho-pedagogical training module, postgraduate level I for bachelor’s studies for pre-university teaching staff, according to the Annex.

19. Decision regarding the request of the Department for Teacher Training to approve the maximum number of hours that teaching staff can perform under an hourly-payment regime within the general psycho-pedagogical training module, level 2 master’s in teaching professionalization, for first-year enrolled master’s students, according to the Annex.

20. Decision regarding the request of the Department for Teacher Training to approve the maximum number of hours that teaching staff can perform under an hourly-payment regime within the general psycho-pedagogical training module, level 2 master’s in teaching professionalization, for second-year enrolled master’s students, according to the Annex.
