The Rector is the President of the Board of Administration and legally represents the University in relations with third parties; ensures the executive management of the University, serving as the authorizing officer for credits.

• Prof. Romeo Iulian OLARIU, Ph.D. – Vice-Rector for Scientific Research, Development, Innovation, and Knowledge Transfer;
• Prof. Ioana Maria COSTEA, Ph.D. – Vice-Rector for Legislation, Financing, Strategy, and Institutional Development;
• Prof. Nicoleta Laura POPA, Ph.D. – Vice-Rector for International Relations and Study and Research Partnerships;
• Prof. Adrian IFTENE, Ph.D. – Vice-Rector for Information Infrastructure Development and Relations with Students, the Economic-Social Environment, and the Alumni Community;
