  1. Decision regarding the approval of the Activity Report of the Rector of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași for the year 2022, pursuant to Art. 10, para. (2), pt. a) of the Management Contract.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of amending Art. 13, para. (1) of the Organization and Functioning Regulation of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, as well as the Organizational Chart of the University by introducing, under the subordination of the Rector, the Gălănești Creation, Research and Student Practice Station.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of updating the name of the Department of Sociology and Social Work, within the Faculty of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences, to the Department of Sociology, Social Work and Human Resources.

  1. Decision regarding the validation of the Director of the Department of Accounting, Economic Informatics and Statistics, within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, in the person of Prof. Mircea Asandului, PhD.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of amending Art. 23, para. (2) of the Institutional Regulation on the Organization and Conduct of the Process for Obtaining the Habilitation Certificate as follows:

    • 23, para. (2): “The Doctoral School has the obligation to ensure the technical and logistic support for recording in printed form or electronic recording of the proceedings. Electronic recording of the session shall be performed only in situations of force majeure (crises, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, wars, etc.) or when, for well-founded reasons, two members of the habilitation thesis defense commission are absent.”

  1. Decision regarding the approval of establishing five positions, from the category of auxiliary teaching staff, other than R&D (research-development) positions within the POC 488/1/1/1 Major R&D Infrastructures project, financed from non-reimbursable European funds entitled “Research Center with Integrated Techniques for the Investigation of Atmospheric Aerosols in Romania (RECENT AIR)”, MySims 2014 code: 127324, contract no. 322/04.09.2020, according to the annex.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of updating the job profile (state of functions) of the project “Research Center with Integrated Techniques for the Investigation of Atmospheric Aerosols in Romania (RECENT AIR)”, maintaining the number of positions (25 positions) and modifying the research field for one position, as follows:

    • Position no. 23 – modification from the field of Biological and Biomedical Sciences – to the field of Legal Sciences – Law.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of updating the Organizational Chart corresponding to the project “Research Center with Integrated Techniques for the Investigation of Atmospheric Aerosols in Romania (RECENT AIR)”, according to the annex.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of the competition commissions for filling vacant positions in the job profile of the RECENT AIR project, put up for competition in the February–March 2023 stage, as follows:

    • Scientific research assistant, position 2, 8 hours/day, fixed-term – within the fundamental research field: Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Interdisciplinary Research Laboratory of the Marine Environment and Marine Terrestrial Atmosphere, “Prof. Dr. Ioan Borcea” Marine Biological Station, Agigea, Constanța (RA-09, RECENT AIR);
    • Scientific research assistant, position 21, 4 hours/day, fixed-term – within the fundamental research field: Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Laboratory for the Investigation of Gas-Phase Physico-Chemical Processes with Implications in Secondary Organic Aerosol Formation, Tower – UAIC, Iași, (RA-01, RECENT AIR);
    • Scientific research assistant, position 23, 4 hours/day, fixed-term – within the fundamental research field: Social Sciences, Research position profile: Legal Sciences;
    • Scientific research assistant, position 23, 4 hours/day, fixed-term – within the fundamental research field: Social Sciences, Research position profile: Legal Sciences;
    • Scientific research assistant, position 25, 8 hours/day, fixed-term – within the fundamental research field: Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Scientific Field 2 – Physics.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași on the selection and organization of mobilities within the Erasmus + KA171-HED program, according to the annex.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of the Organization and Functioning Regulation of the Faculty of Geography and Geology, according to the annex.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of eliminating tuition fees starting January 1, 2023, for all education levels, as well as the amount of school educational services (“after-school” program activities), at 50% of the fees approved at the beginning of the school year, as follows:

    • Primary/gymnasium level: 375 lei for students whose parents are employees of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași;
    • Primary/gymnasium level: 600 lei for students whose parents are not employees of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of the affiliation as a PhD supervisor of Prof. Costică Mihai, PhD, to the Doctoral School of Economics and Business Administration, in the doctoral university study field of Economics.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of the request for extension of paid doctoral university studies, starting February 1, 2023, for a period of one year, until February 1, 2024, by Mr. Ioan Eugen Borș, PhD student within the Doctoral School of History.

  1. Decision regarding the approval of the proposal by the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences to grant the status of associated teaching staff, starting with the second semester of the 2022–2023 academic year, to Prof. Mara Ștefania Apostol, PhD.

Decision regarding the approval for Mr. Adrian – Constantin Andronic – Niculescu, a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Law specialization, at the “Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University, Faculty of Legal and Administrative Sciences, Law specialization, to take the final study completion exam in the July 2023 session.
