  1. Decision regarding the approval of the number of polling station bureaus and the location for organizing the Referendum for electing the modality of designating the Rector for the 2024–2028 term, as follows:
    • One polling station Electoral Bureau (single polling station), whose composition is identical to that of the Electoral Bureau of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași;
    • The polling station for conducting the Referendum for electing the modality of designating the Rector for the 2024–2028 term shall be located in the Senate Hall.

4. Decision regarding the approval of the commissions for the permanent academic positions of associate professor and university professor, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2022–2023 academic year, according to the annex.
