Decisions of the Extraordinary Senate of the „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași of September 24, 2020, adopted pursuant to Article 8, para. (91) of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the University Senate, via the ZOOM video teleconferencing system.

1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the approval of the scenario for organizing and conducting teaching activities in the 2020–2021 academic year, in a mixed format, which entails both online and “face-to-face” activities, endorsed by the Board of Administration at the proposal of the faculties, based on the provisions contained in the Guide on establishing sanitary and protection measures in higher education institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic from Annex no. 2 of Order no. 5,487/1,494/2020.

3. Decision regarding the approval of the Operational Procedure regarding the conduct of “face-to-face” (on-site) teaching activities during the state of alert, elaborated in accordance with the provisions of Order no. 5,487/1,494/2020.

4. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the conduct of teaching activities through technology and the internet.

5. Decision regarding the validation of Prof. Nelu Zugravu, PhD, to the position of Director of the Council for Doctoral University Studies (CSUD), based on the result of the competition for filling this position.

6. Decision regarding the validation of Senior Res. II Mihaela Mocanu, PhD, to the position of Director of the Interdisciplinary Department of Socio-Human Sciences within the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research, based on the result of the competition for filling this position.

7. Decision regarding the validation of the results of the competition for filling the positions of Director of the “Anastasie Fătu” Botanical Garden of Iași, the “Prof. Dr. Ion Borcea” Marine Biological Station of Agigea, and the “Vasile Băcăuanu” Scientific Research and Student Practice Station of Ștefănești, as follows:

8. Decision regarding the approval of tuition fees for the 2020–2021 academic year – bachelor’s and master’s university studies.

9. Decision regarding the approval of the Methodology on quantifying in conventional hours the activities included in the teaching norm as well as approving the modification of the System Procedure regarding the elaboration and approval of job descriptions for teaching and research activity and covering vacant or reserved teaching positions for the 2020–2021 academic year, drawn up on the basis of National Education Law no. 1 of 2011, with the additions brought by Law no. 80 of 2020.

10. Decision regarding the approval of curricula for bachelor’s and master’s university studies, elaborated by the faculties, for the 2020–2021 academic year.

11. Decision regarding the approval of curricula for psychopedagogical training programs level I (bachelor’s university studies) and level II (master’s university studies), for the 2020–2023/2024 series.

12. Decision regarding the approval of curricula for psychopedagogical training programs level I and level II, in post-graduate regime, with a duration of 6 months, for the 2020–2021 series.

13. Decision regarding the approval of minimal domain standards for filling research positions within the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research, upon the proposal of the Scientific Council of ICI UAIC.

14. Decision regarding the approval of modifying the nominal composition of the Permanent Evaluation Commission of competition files to fill teaching positions within the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, approved through Senate Decision no. 8 of December 13, 2018. The new composition of the Evaluation Commission of competition files to fill teaching positions within the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports is as follows:
