Decisions of the Extraordinary Senate of the „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași of September 10, 2020, adopted pursuant to Article 8, para. (91) of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the University Senate, via the ZOOM video teleconferencing system
1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill permanent academic positions of associate professor and university professor, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2019–2020 academic year, in accordance with the Annex. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year.

Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill permanent academic positions of lecturer, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2019–2020 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year.
4. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill permanent academic positions of teaching assistant, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2019–2020 academic year, with the exception of the permanent teaching assistant position, position 37 from the job description, Faculty of Letters. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year.
5. Decision regarding the invalidation of the competition for filling the permanent teaching assistant position, position 37 from the job description of the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures within the Faculty of Letters, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2019–2020 academic year due to non-compliance with the competition procedure established by the specific methodology.
6. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill temporary academic positions of teaching assistant, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2019–2020 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year.
7. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill permanent research positions of Scientific Researcher I and Scientific Researcher II, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2019–2020 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be made after the validation of the competitions by the Ministry of Education and Research, confirmed by the appointment order for the position of Scientific Researcher I, respectively Scientific Researcher II.
8. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis report on the competition for filling the permanent research position of Scientific Researcher III, position no. 25 from the job description of the Department of Socio-Human Sciences, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2019–2020 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year.
9. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis report on the competition for filling the temporary CS III position, put up for competition within the project Development of frontier research in regional growth and development theories through the prism of resilience: towards a convergent, balanced and sustainable European Union ReGrowEU, project code PN-III-P4-ID-PCCF2016-0166. Appointment to the position shall be made effective October 1, 2020.
10. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions for filling temporary research positions of scientific research assistant and scientific researcher, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2019–2020 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year.
11. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis report on the competition for filling the temporary scientific researcher position, put up for competition within the project Development of frontier research in regional growth and development theories through the prism of resilience: towards a convergent, balanced and sustainable European Union ReGrowEU, project code PN-III-P4-ID-PCCF2016-0166. Appointment to the position shall be made effective October 1, 2020.
12. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on selection for teaching (STA) and training (STT) mobilities within the Erasmus+ program with program-participating countries (KA103).
13. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on receiving students within academic partnerships on their own account (Free Movers) for study/practical/documentation-research placements.
14. Decision regarding the validation of Lect. Marius Apetrii, PhD, to the position of Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, based on the designation by the faculty dean.
15. Decision regarding the approval of recognition and equivalency of disciplines followed by Mr. Tașală O.E. Paul – Andrei within the study program AP Graduate in Marketing Management, post-secondary study cycle, EQF level 5 from Business Academy South West in Denmark with disciplines corresponding to the bachelor’s university study program Business Administration, EQS level 6 from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, based on the recommendation of the members of the Information and Documentation Resource Center (CRID).
16. Decision regarding the approval of the tuition fee in the amount of 1750 lei for conducting the courses of the general psychopedagogical training module, postgraduate bachelor’s level I, 2020–2021 series. The distribution of the fee per each discipline of the module is as follows:
* Pedagogy I – 250 lei;
* Pedagogy II – 250 lei;
* Educational Psychology – 250 lei;
* Computer-Assisted Instruction – 100 lei;
* Student Classroom Management – 150 lei;
* Specialization Didactics – 250 lei;
* Pedagogical Internship in Compulsory Pre-university Education – 250 lei;
* Level I Final Evaluation – 250 lei.
17. Decision regarding the approval of the tuition fee in the amount of 1225 lei for conducting the courses of the general psychopedagogical training module, postgraduate level II, 2020–2021 series. The distribution of the fee per each discipline of the module is as follows:
* Intercultural Education – 175 lei;
* Design and Management of Educational Programs – 175 lei;
* Domain Didactics and Developments in Specialization Didactics (high school, post-secondary, as applicable) – 175 lei;
* Pedagogical Internship (high school, post-secondary, as applicable) – 175 lei;
* Psychopedagogy of Adolescents, Youths and Adults – 175 lei;
* Counseling and Guidance – 175 lei;
* Level II Final Evaluation – 175 lei.
18. Decision regarding the approval of tuition fees for the 2020–2021 school year from the “Junior” School and Kindergarten as follows:
“Junior” School
* 750 lei – tuition fee for students of employees of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași;
* 1200 lei – tuition fee for students outside the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.
“Junior” Kindergarten
* 700 lei – tuition fee for children of employees of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași;
* 1150 lei – tuition fee for children outside the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.
