1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

29. Decision regarding the approval of establishing the doctoral university study field of Administrative Sciences within the Doctoral School of Economics and Business Administration.

30. Decision regarding the approval of establishing the Azerbaijani Multiculturalism Center within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

31. Decision regarding the approval of locating the Single Polling Station in the Senate Hall of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, for the following stages within the elections of academic management structures and positions – 2020–2024 term:
o February 5, 2020, time interval 08:00 – 20:00 – election of Senate members;
o February 7, 2020, time interval 08:00 – 20:00 – election of Senate members, if the legal quorum is not met;
o March 11, 2020, time interval 08:00 – 20:00 – elections for the position of Rector (1st round);
o March 13, 2020, time interval 08:00 – 20:00 – elections for the position of Rector (1st round), if the legal quorum is not met;
o March 18, 2020, time interval 08:00 – 20:00 – elections for the position of Rector (2nd round).

32. Decision regarding the granting of the right to conduct teaching activities, in the form of video conferences, at the Catholic University of Angers, France, to Assoc. Prof. Victor Surugiu, PhD, from the Faculty of Biology, in the 2019–2020 academic year.

33. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Council of the Faculty of Computer Science.

34. Decision regarding the approval of amending Art. 5 and Art. 9 para. 4 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the Council of the Faculty of Chemistry, as follows:
Art. 5: Council meetings are ordinary – once a month – and extraordinary, with the agenda dedicated to a special event. Council discussions regarding the agenda and decisions made are recorded in a minutes document. The convening of ordinary meetings of the Council is done at least one calendar day before the meeting date, by the Faculty Dean.
Art. 9 para. 4: The meaning of the vote is: for, against, or abstention.

35. Decision regarding the approval of amending Art. 16 and Art. 18 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the Faculty of Chemistry, as follows:
Art. 16: The executive unit of the Council of the Faculty of Chemistry is the Faculty Executive Bureau. The Faculty Executive Bureau is composed of: dean, vice-dean/vice-deans, chief administrator, and a student representative from the Faculty Council.
Art. 18: The Faculty Executive Bureau meets in ordinary or extraordinary meetings. Department directors, research center directors, the faculty chief secretary, the leader of the trade union group in the faculty, or other persons may be invited without voting rights to the meetings of the Faculty Executive Bureau.

36. Decision regarding the approval of modifying Annex no. 1 – Self-evaluation form of performances, for the purpose of obtaining a merit increment to the Methodology regarding the granting of the merit increment and the academic performance bonus for teaching and research staff, specific to the Faculty of Chemistry, endorsed in the Council of the Faculty of Chemistry.
