1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the approval of the Rector’s Report on the state of the university for the year 2018, presented by Prof. Mihaela Onofrei, PhD, Accounting Officer of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, pursuant to Article 10, paragraph (2), point (a) of the Management Contract.

3. Decision regarding the approval of the Methodology for organizing the referendum at the level of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași for choosing the method of designating the Rector for the 2020–2024 term.

4. Decision regarding the approval of the number of polling station bureaus and the location for organizing the Referendum for choosing the method of designating the Rector for the 2020–2024 term, as follows:
  • An Electoral Bureau of the polling station (single polling station), whose composition is identical to that of the Electoral Bureau of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași;
  • The polling station for conducting the Referendum for choosing the method of designating the Rector for the 2020–2024 term shall be located in the Senate Hall.

5. Decision regarding the validation of the election of students in the Electoral Bureau of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, responsible for organizing and conducting the Referendum for choosing the method of designating the Rector for the 2020–2024 term, as follows:
  • Tudor Mugurel Aursulesei – titular member;
  • Costel Marian Dalban – titular member;
  • Izabela Raluca Munteanu – substitute member.

6. Decision regarding the approval of launching for public debate the Code of Ethics and University Professional Deontology as well as articles 50, 51, and 134 of the Draft Charter of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, for which the Ministry of National Education formulated objections through letter no. 3232/DGJ of October 23, 2018.

7. Decision regarding the approval of the Procedure for submitting proposals regarding the Code of Ethics and University Professional Deontology of UAIC and the revised articles from the Draft Charter of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, for which the Ministry of National Education formulated objections through letter no. 3232/DGJ of October 23, 2018, currently under public debate.

8. Decision regarding the approval of granting the academic performance bonus for teaching staff within the structures below, for a period of one year, as follows:

10. Decision regarding the approval of the proposal of the Faculty of Chemistry to grant the title of Honorary Member of the Senate of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași to Dr. Nelu Grinberg, emeritus scientific researcher within the Chemical Development Department of Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Ridgefield, CT, USA, and of the Laudatio drafting commission, in the following composition:

12. Decision regarding the endorsement of modifying the composition of the Ethics Commission of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași by replacing Ms. Ioana Păştinaru with Mr. Iulian Clain as titular member. 16. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment of the qualification Social Work, pertaining to the bachelor’s university study program Social Work, IFR, 180 transferable study credits, in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS).

17. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment of the qualification Communication and Public Relations, pertaining to the bachelor’s university study program Communication and Public Relations, IFR, 180 transferable study credits, in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS).

18. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment of the qualification Sociology of Organizations and Human Resources, pertaining to the master’s university study program Sociology of Organizations and Human Resources, IF, 120 transferable study credits, in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS).

19. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS) of the following qualifications:
  • Romanian Language and Literature A – Latin Language and Literature B – pertaining to the bachelor’s university study program Romanian Language and Literature A – Latin Language and Literature B, IF, 180 transferable study credits;
  • Modern Language and Literature A (English, French, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish) – Latin Language and Literature B – pertaining to the bachelor’s university study program Modern Language and Literature A (English, French, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish) – Latin Language and Literature B, IF, 180 transferable study credits.

20. Decision regarding the approval of using the amounts collected for the indirect expenses (overheads) category pertaining to all types of research projects (national, international, with third parties), as follows:
a) The amounts collected for the indirect expenses (overheads) category for all types of research projects (national, international, with third parties) shall be transferred to the DCMP zone (1004.03 – Research contract overheads). The transfer of amounts shall be carried out, at the latest, after each reporting stage, within 30 days from collecting the amounts.
b) 25% of indirect expenses (overheads) constitute the Special Research Support Fund (FSSC), in accordance with SD no. 41 of November 22, 2018. The management of FSSC shall be carried out through SAPCS, with the endorsement of the resort vice-rector. Expenses from this fund may also be made during the year, based on estimates in pre-calculation estimates, within the limit of the established percentage.
c) Updating the coefficients pertaining to the criteria for distributing indirect expenses, as follows:

Expenses associated with research activity regarding capital expenditures, including amortization of fixed assets used within projects 15%

d) Salaries shall not be granted from the FSSC fund.
e) For contracts where the contracting authority reimburses indirect expenses based on supporting documents presented by the contractor, the project director shall make expenses from overheads, within the limit of available sums, without complying with the coefficients proposed in this decision, pt. b).
Overhead reporting shall be made based on supporting documents.

21. Decision regarding the approval of enrollment figures for the purpose of taking the admission examination for doctoral university studies, in the 2019–2020 academic year, within the Doctoral School of Sport Science and Physical Education.

22. Decision regarding the approval of the amount of the registration fee for taking the admission examination for doctoral university studies, in the 2019–2020 academic year, and the tuition fee amount for the Doctoral School of Sport Science and Physical Education, as follows:
  • Admission fee – 300 lei;
  • Tuition fee for the 2019–2020 academic year – 5000 lei.

23. Decision regarding the approval of modifying the composition of the commission for analyzing disciplinary deviations committed by teaching and research staff within the Faculty of Biology, as follows:
