1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the approval of replacing certain Senate members, for the meeting of May 23, 2019, with individuals who ran and obtained the most votes from the same structures, in accordance with Article 4, para. (4) of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the Senate, as follows:
  • Lect. Renato Gabriel Petrea, PhD, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports – shall be replaced by Assoc. Prof. Veronica Popescu, PhD, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports;

3. Decision regarding the approval of revising articles 50, 51, and 134 of the Charter of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, adopted in the Senate meeting of September 27, 2018, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 1 of 2011 on National Education.

The Charter of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, adopted in the Senate meeting of September 27, 2018, as revised in the Senate meeting of May 23, 2019, is annexed to this decision.

4. Decision regarding the approval of the Code of Ethics of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași – an integral part of the Charter of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

5. Decision regarding the approval of commissions for permanent academic positions of associate professor and university professor, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2018–2019 academic year.

6. Decision regarding the approval of commissions for permanent academic positions of university lecturer, work lab head, and teaching assistant, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2018–2019 academic year.

12. Decision regarding the approval of the competition commission for filling the position of scientific research assistant (equivalent to Early Stage Researcher – ESR), temporary, within the H2020-MSCA-ITN-2018 research project, Grant Agreement number 813644, entitled STURDUST – RELOADED, acronym STARDUST – R.

13. Decision regarding the approval of the competition commission for filling the temporary scientific researcher position within the research project PN-III-P4-ID-PCE-2016-0376, financing contract no. 56/2017.

14. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis report on the competition for filling the temporary scientific researcher position III, put up for competition within the research project PN-III-P1-1.1-TE-2016-1210, entitled Development of a biotechnology based on the microorganism Arthrobacter nicotianovorans for the production of neuro-protective compounds, acronym ArthroBioTech. Appointment to the position shall be made effective June 1, 2019.

15. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis report on the competition for filling the temporary scientific researcher position I, put up for competition within the research project entitled Ethnoarchaeology of salt in the intracarpathian space of Romania, acronym EthnosalRo3, project code PN-III-P4-ID-PCE-2016-0759. Appointment to the position shall be made after the validation of the competition by the Ministry of Research and Innovation, confirmed by the appointment order for the position of Scientific Researcher I.

16. Decision regarding the approval of the Structure of the 2019–2020 academic year (bachelor’s and master’s university studies – IF, ID, IFR).

17. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the organization and conduct of bachelor’s / diploma, dissertation, and graduation examinations.

18. Decision regarding the approval of establishing the master’s university study program Clinical evaluation, counseling, and couple and family psychotherapy, in the master’s university study field of Psychology, in the full-time learning form, 120 transferable credits, within the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, starting with the 2019–2020 academic year.

19. Decision regarding the approval of establishing the continuous professional training and development postgraduate program Public Procurement within the interdisciplinary department Center for European Studies at the Faculty of Law of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

20. Decision regarding the approval of the “After-school” Program and the Internal regulation for organizing the “After-school” Program within the “Junior” Primary School, for the 2019–2020 school year.

21. Decision regarding the approval of amending article 18 para. 1, lit. a, second thesis of the Statute of the Alumni Foundation – “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, which shall read as follows: The members of the Board of Directors are nominally the same as the members of the Executive Bureau of the Board of Administration of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, minus the student representative, for the entire period they exercise their mandate and is implicitly modified upon the termination of the mandate, as well as modifying the nominal composition of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Foundation – “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, as follows:

22. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor of Assoc. Prof. Lenuţa Alboaie, PhD, in the field of Computer Science, to the Doctoral School of Computer Science.

23. Decision regarding the approval of the proposal of the Faculty of Law to grant the status of associated teaching staff, for the 2018–2019 academic year, to the following teaching staff:
  • Prof. Loïc Grard, PhD, University of Bordeaux, France;
  • Prof. Jean – Christophe Sain – Pau, PhD, University of Bordeaux, France.

24. Decision regarding the approval of organizing, during the period May – June 2019, training courses in the field of using new e-learning platforms for teaching staff carrying out teaching activities in study programs organized in distance learning and part-time learning forms within the Faculty of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences and the Faculty of History. Two course series shall be organized, one for each of the faculties, the duration of a course being 10 hours. The training activities shall be supported by Mr. Lucian Daniel Berechet, and he shall be paid for these activities through a collaboration contract, by each of the faculties, in the amount of 600 lei/course.

25. Decision regarding the approval of the amount of fees charged for training courses for the examination for granting teaching degree II, organized by the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași as a center for training/perfection of teaching staff in pre-university education, as follows:
  • fee for full course completion (specialty teaching methodology with interdisciplinary and specialized approaches and pedagogy) – 200 lei;
  • fee for partial course completion (pedagogy) – 100 lei.

26. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment of the qualification Eco – entrepreneurship, pertaining to the master’s university study program Eco – entrepreneurship, IF, 120 transferable study credits, in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS).

27. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment of the qualification Clinical evaluation, counseling, and couple and family psychotherapy, pertaining to the master’s university study program Clinical evaluation, counseling, and couple and family psychotherapy, IF, 120 transferable study credits, in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS).

28. Decision regarding the approval of supporting the graduation examination by Maria D. Motfai, graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Accounting and Management Informatics specialization, 2011 promotion, at the “Ștefan cel Mare” University of Suceava, Faculty of Economic Sciences and Public Administration, in the July 2019 session.
