1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the approval of replacing Assoc. Prof. Alexandru Ioan Tofan, PhD, Senate member, for the meeting of June 28, 2018, with Prof. Daniela Șoitu, PhD, in accordance with Article 4, para. (4) of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the Senate.

3. Decision regarding the approval of distributing the number of budget-funded places allocated to Romanians everywhere for admission to bachelor’s and master’s university studies organized in the full-time learning form, in the 2018–2019 academic year, according to the annexes.

4. Decision regarding the approval of distributing the number of state-budget-funded places and the number of tuition-fee places allocated to Romanians and Romanians everywhere for admission to bachelor’s and master’s university studies, in the 2018–2019 academic year, according to the annexes.

7. Decision regarding the approval of the Institutional regulation for the organization and functioning of doctoral university studies, according to the annex.

8. Decision regarding the approval of the Statute of students enrolled at the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, according to the annex.

9. Decision regarding the approval of the Organizational Chart of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

10. Decision regarding the approval of establishing the doctoral university study domain Sport Science and Physical Education within the Doctoral School of Psychology and Education Sciences.

11. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling two positions of Scientific Researcher III and master student, temporary, within project PN-III-P4-ID-PCE-2016-0299, entitled Evaluation of the impact of anthropogenic and biogenic emissions on fine organic particles from an urban area in eastern Romania. A step forward in solving the challenges of the incomplete mass balance, acronym AI-FORECAST, financing contract no. 37/2017.

12. Decision regarding the approval of the competition commission for filling the position of Scientific Researcher III, position 5, temporary, half-norm – 4 hours per day, in the job description of project PN-III-P4-ID-PCE-2016-0557, contract no. 133/2017 (Romanian documents and manuscripts from the archives of Mount Athos: Zograf and Dohiari monasteries).

13. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor of Prof. Dana – Anca Cehan, PhD, in the field of Philology, to the Doctoral School of Philological Studies.

14. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor of Assoc. Prof. Liviu Pilat, PhD, in the field of History, to the Doctoral School of History.

15. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor to the Doctoral School of Psychology and Education Sciences of the following teaching staff:
  • Prof. Beatrice Aurelia Abalașei, PhD – in the field of Sport Science and Physical Education;
  • Prof. Adrian Cojocariu, PhD – in the field of Sport Science and Physical Education;
  • Prof. Cristina Elena Moraru, PhD – in the field of Sport Science and Physical Education.

16. Decision regarding the approval of the amount of the professional training fee for the initiation program Aerobic-fitness instructor, organized within the Center for Continuous Training and Perfection in Physical Education, Sports, and Kinesitherapy, as follows:
  • Aerobic-fitness instructor initiation, 50 hours – 1200 lei.
Fees shall be collected at the faculty cashier’s office and at any BRD branch, with the collection code: professional training fee.
Fees shall be highlighted in the faculty zone, in a distinct carrier: 3005.12.

17. Decision regarding the approval of certain fees for doctoral university studies, other than tuition and admission fees, starting with the 2018–2019 academic year.

18. Decision regarding the approval of supplementing the composition of commissions for analyzing disciplinary deviations within the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration as follows:

20. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS) of the following qualifications:
