1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

3. Decision regarding the approval of replacing Prof. George-Virgil Bondor, PhD, Senate member, for the meeting of July 19, 2018, with Prof. Daniela Şoitu, PhD, in accordance with Article 4, para. (4) of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the Senate.

4. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling temporary teaching assistant positions, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2017–2018 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be starting from the first day of the first semester of the 2018–2019 academic year.

5. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling permanent university lecturer and work lab head positions, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2017–2018 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be starting from the first day of the first semester of the 2018–2019 academic year.

6. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling permanent associate professor and university professor positions, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2017–2018 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be made starting from the first day of the first semester of the 2018–2019 academic year.

7. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling temporary research positions of scientific research assistant and scientific researcher, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2017–2018 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be made effective September 1, 2018.

8. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling permanent research positions of Scientific Researcher III, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2017–2018 academic year. Appointment to the position shall be made effective September 1, 2018.

9. Decision regarding the approval of maintaining tenured status in university education after reaching the age of 65, in the 2018–2019 academic year, for Prof. Ştefan Afloroaei, PhD, Corresponding Member of the Romanian Academy, from the Faculty of Philosophy and Social-Political Sciences.

10. Decision by which the request of Prof. Ovidiu Cârjă, PhD, from the Faculty of Mathematics regarding the maintenance of tenured status in university education after reaching the age of 65, in the 2018–2019 academic year, is not approved.

11. Decision regarding the approval of maintaining tenured status in university education after reaching the age of 65, in the 2018–2019 academic year, for Prof. Dan Cristea, PhD, Corresponding Member of the Romanian Academy, from the Faculty of Computer Science.

12. Decision by which the request of Prof. Gheorghe Iacob, PhD, from the Faculty of History regarding the maintenance of tenured status in university education after reaching the age of 65, in the 2018–2019 academic year, is not approved.

13. Decision by which the request of Prof. Eugen Munteanu, PhD, from the Faculty of Letters regarding the maintenance of tenured status in university education after reaching the age of 65, in the 2018–2019 academic year, is not approved.

14. Decision by which the request of Prof. Dumitru Oprea, PhD, from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration regarding the maintenance of tenured status in university education after reaching the age of 65, in the 2018–2019 academic year, is not approved.

15. Decision regarding the approval of maintaining tenured status in university education until the end of the academic year for the following persons who will reach the legal retirement age during the 2018–2019 academic year:

16. Decision regarding the approval of launching for public debate the Charter of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași and the procedure for submitting proposals regarding its draft, according to the annexes.

17. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the election of student representatives in the leadership and administrative structures of the university.

18. Decision regarding the approval of amending art. 1 of the Regulation of student services within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, which shall read as follows:
Art. 1 The “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași grants students enrolled in bachelor’s and master’s studies, full-time learning form, as well as students enrolled in doctoral studies, full-time and part-time learning forms, scholarships for academic performances and other forms of material support.

19. Decision regarding the approval of distributing the number of places with UAIC scholarship for Romanian citizens and citizens of member states of the European Union, of states belonging to the European Economic Area, and of the Swiss Confederation, for admission to doctoral university studies, September 2018 session.
