AIESEC is an international youth development platform aimed at discovering and developing their potential to make a positive impact on society. - the network is extended in over 120 countries and territories, having 60,000 active members in 1,150 local committees
- over 20,000 young people participate in the international exchange program

- Global Volunteer – is the program through which AIESEC offers international volunteering internships. Every year, over 20,000 students have the opportunity for an international volunteering internship in fields such as culture, health, education, and NGO development.
Local Projects
- Discover – the project takes place among students in grades 1-8 and has the structure of an after-school program, through which students can benefit from trainings held by foreign trainers for a period of six weeks. The project aims to offer students an international context where they can discover cultural differences and practically develop their English speaking skills;
- AIESEC Academy – a project carried out in collaboration with companies from Iași, which aims at the professional development of students, while offering them the opportunity to interact with the business environment of Iași.
Registrations for International Internship Programs
Being an international youth organization, the year or field of study does not represent a selection criterion. To apply for international internship programs, you do not need to be members of the organization. The profile of the sought-after participants differs depending on the purpose of the program they are applying for and the experience they have. Therefore, for the 1st and 2nd years, the Global Volunteer or Global Entrepreneur programs are recommended, as they do not require experience in a specific field, and the duration is between 1 and 2 months. For 3rd-year undergraduate or master’s students with experience in the desired field, the Global Talent program is suitable, where involvement is for at least 6 months.AIESEC Iași Recruitment
Recruitment for the organization is divided into 4 major stages: completing the application form, the first interview, the probation period, and the final interview. Application periods are every year in October.All information can be found on the website www.aiesec.org and at the official email address lc.aiesec.iasi@gmail.com
