Decisions of the Extraordinary Senate of the „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, adopted pursuant to Article 8, para. (91) of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the University Senate, via the ZOOM video teleconferencing system

1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill permanent academic positions of associate professor and university professor, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, in accordance with the Annex. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the second semester of the 2020–2021 academic year;

3. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill permanent academic positions of lecturer, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, in accordance with the annex. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the second semester of the 2020–2021 academic year;

4. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill permanent academic positions of teaching assistant, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, in accordance with the annex. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the second semester of the 2020–2021 academic year;

5. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill temporary academic positions of teaching assistant, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, in accordance with the annex. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the second semester of the 2020–2021 academic year;

6. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill permanent research positions of Scientific Researcher II, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, in accordance with the annex. Appointment to the position shall be made after the validation of the competitions by the Ministry of Education and Research, confirmed by the appointment order for the position of Scientific Researcher II;

7. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions to fill permanent research positions of Scientific Researcher III, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, in accordance with the annex. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the second semester of the 2020–2021 academic year;

8. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on the competition for filling the temporary research position of Scientific Researcher III, with a ½ work norm, position no. 92 from the job description of the Department of Computer Science, within the Faculty of Computer Science, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, in accordance with the Annex. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the second semester of the 2020–2021 academic year;

9. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on competitions for filling temporary research positions of scientific research assistant and scientific researcher, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, in accordance with the annex, with the exception of the synthesis report for filling the Scientific Researcher position, position no. 22 from the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research, Science Department, CERNESIM Center. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the second semester of the 2020–2021 academic year;

10. Decision regarding the verification of compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of the synthesis reports on the competition for filling the temporary research position of scientific research assistant, fixed-term of 2 years, within the ReTeRom project, position no. 94 from the job description of the Department of Computer Science, within the Faculty of Computer Science, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, in accordance with the annex. Appointment to the position shall be made starting with the first day of the second semester of the 2020–2021 academic year;

11. Decision regarding the invalidation of the competition for filling the Scientific Researcher position, position no. 22 from the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research, Science Department, CERNESIM Center, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, due to non-compliance with the competition procedure established by the specific methodology;

12. Decision regarding the approval of the Methodology on the organization and conduct of admission to the doctoral university study cycle for the 2021–2022 academic year (full-time and part-time learning), in accordance with the annex;

13. Decision regarding the approval of the tuition figures proposed by the Doctoral Schools in order to support the admission exam for doctoral university studies in the 2021–2022 academic year, in accordance with the annex;

14. Decision regarding the approval of the Methodology on the completion of advanced postdoctoral research studies within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, in accordance with the annex;

17. Decision regarding the approval of the Justification Note for the construction of the Sports Base within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, 200 Sărărie St., Iași Municipality, Iași County;

Decision regarding the approval of establishing and drawing up documentation for obtaining provisional operating authorization for the bachelor’s university study program Romanian Language and Literature – A Modern Language and Literature, full-time learning form, for the Focșani branch of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași;

Decision regarding the approval of establishing and drawing up documentation for obtaining provisional operating authorization for the History bachelor’s university study program, in the History field, distance learning form, taught in Romanian, 180 credits, starting with the 2021–2022 academic year, within the Focșani branch of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași;

Decision regarding the approval of establishing the master’s university study program Rhetoric of Scientific, Literary, Journalistic, Advertising and Electoral Discourse, in the accredited master’s university study field of Philology, full-time learning form, within the Botoșani branch of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași;

27. Decision regarding the approval of establishing the master’s university study program Clinical Assessment, Counseling and Couple and Family Psychotherapy, in the accredited master’s university study field of Psychology, full-time learning form, within the Focșani branch of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, as well as transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS) of the qualification Clinical Assessment, Counseling and Couple and Family Psychotherapy, corresponding to the newly established university program;

28. Decision regarding the approval of the proposals for granting teaching delegations for the second semester of the 2020–2021 academic year, from the departments of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration;

29. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS) of the following qualifications:
– Psychology corresponding to the Psychology bachelor’s university study program (ID [distance learning])
– Primary and Preschool Education Pedagogy corresponding to the Primary and Preschool Education Pedagogy bachelor’s university study program (ID);

30. Decision regarding the approval of updating information in RNCIS for the following qualifications/bachelor’s and master’s university study programs organized within the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences:
