Decisions of the University Senate of February 16, 2017

1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling teaching positions (teaching assistant – temporary), put up for competition in the first semester of the 2016–2017 academic year, according to the Annex. Appointment to the position shall be starting from the first day of the second semester of the 2016–2017 academic year.

3. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling teaching positions (university lecturer / work lab head – permanent), put up for competition in the first semester of the 2016–2017 academic year, according to the Annex. Appointment to the position shall be starting from the first day of the second semester of the 2016–2017 academic year.

4. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling teaching positions (lecturer – temporary), put up for competition in the first semester of the 2016–2017 academic year, according to the Annex. Appointment to the position shall be starting from the first day of the second semester of the 2016–2017 academic year.

5. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling research positions, temporary and permanent, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2016–2017 academic year, according to the Annex. Appointment to the position shall be made effective March 1, 2016 [Note: text reflects original typographical date].

6. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling the two scientific research assistant positions – temporary, put up for competition within the research project POC-A1-A1.2.3.-G-2015, ID P_40_371, SMIS 106611, entitled Experimental development in public-private partnership for the creation of native cloud platforms with advanced data protection characteristics – PRIVATESKY, according to the Annex. Appointment to the position shall be made effective March 1, 2017.

7. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling teaching positions of associate professor and university professor, permanent, put up for competition in the first semester of the 2016–2017 academic year, according to the Annex. Appointment to the position shall be starting from the first day of the second semester of the 2016–2017 academic year.

8. Decision regarding the approval of establishing a master’s university study program entitled Adaptive Software Development, teaching language – Romanian, within the Faculty of Computer Science, which shall function starting with the 2017–2018 academic year.

9. Decision regarding the approval of granting a sabbatical year to Assoc. Prof. Vasile Țura, PhD, Faculty of Physics, starting with February 27, 2017.

10. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to ARACIS the periodic evaluation file for the bachelor’s university study program History, full-time education form.

11. Decision regarding the approval of the commissions for analyzing disciplinary deviations for teaching, research, auxiliary teaching, and administrative staff, constituted at the level of faculties within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.
