3. Decision regarding the approval of amending Art. 12 of the Regulation on the Organization and Functioning of the University Senate by introducing a new paragraph with the following content:

Art. 12, para. (12): Permanent commissions shall meet, as a rule, monthly or whenever necessary, in working sessions that may also be organized online, provided that the quorum of at least two-thirds of the number of their members is met.

12. Decision regarding the approval of the affiliation as a PhD supervisor of Assoc. Prof. Nelu Cristian Ploscaru, PhD, to the Doctoral School of History, in the doctoral university study field of History.

13. Decision regarding the approval of phasing out (liquidation) the Didactic Orthodox Theology specialization, starting with the 2021–2022 academic year.

14. Decision regarding the approval of transmitting to the National Authority for Qualifications the request for validation and enrollment in the National Register of Qualifications in Higher Education (RNCIS) of the qualification Geological Engineering, corresponding to the bachelor’s university study program Geological Engineering, full-time learning, 240 transferable study credits, at the Bălți Extension, Republic of Moldova.
