1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

6. Decision regarding the approval of competition commissions for scientific research positions, temporary, included in the job descriptions of certain research projects.

7. Decision regarding the approval of the fee charged for the organization and conduct of the public defense of the doctoral thesis, applicable to doctoral students according to legal provisions, as follows:
  • The fee for the organization and conduct of the public defense of the doctoral thesis is intended for transport, accommodation, and per diem expenses, as well as the remuneration for commission members.
  • The fee for the public defense of the doctoral thesis shall be paid at the central cashier’s office of the University or into the institution’s own revenue account opened at the Treasury Iași – RO44TREZ40620F330500XXXX.
  • The amount of the fee for the organization and conduct of the public defense of the doctoral thesis is 5500 lei (equivalent to the doctoral thesis defense fee of 1200 Euros for citizens studying on their own account in Romania, from states that are not members of the European Union, nor part of the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation).

8. Decision regarding the approval of updating the composition of the Ethics Commission of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, considering changes occurred in its structure. The new composition of the Ethics Commission of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași is as follows:

13. Decision regarding the approval of the request of the Faculty of Letters to organize in partnership with the City Hall of Iași the inter-regional and cross-border conference Accepting linguistic and cultural diversity through the English language.

14. Decision regarding the approval of tuition fees for the 2017–2018 academic year (bachelor’s and master’s university studies), according to the annexes.

15. Decision regarding the approval of the tuition fee in the amount of 600 lei for the psycho-pedagogical study program corresponding to Level 2 master of teaching professionalization, 2017–2018 academic year, organized within the Department for Teacher Training.

16. Decision regarding the approval of the tuition fee in the amount of 1225 lei for the courses of the psycho-pedagogical training module, postgraduate level II, 2017–2018 series, organized within the Department for Teacher Training.

17. Decision regarding the approval of the tuition fee in the amount of 1750 lei for the courses of the general psycho-pedagogical training module, postgraduate bachelor’s level I, 2017–2018 series, organized within the Department for Teacher Training.

18. Decision regarding the approval of the tuition fee in the amount of 320 lei / semester (2 weekly cp), which the Faculty of Letters may charge to students from other faculties within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași who wish to enroll in the following optional courses:
  • Chinese language / literature;
  • Polish language / literature;
  • Norwegian language / literature;
  • Norwegian culture and civilization;
  • Portuguese language / literature;

19. Decision regarding the approval of charging the following fees to trainees within the Department for Teacher Training who were enrolled in the previous academic year in level I and/or level II postgraduate courses and who paid the tuition fee in full but passed only a part of the examinations corresponding to these courses:
  • Re-enrollment fee (established at the level of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași);
  • The fee corresponding to the new courses that must be attended.

20. Decision regarding the approval of equivalency, without charging a fee, of disciplines followed during bachelor’s and master’s university studies by trainees enrolled in postgraduate courses of teaching professionalization level I and II within the Department for Teacher Training, as well as the approval of charging a fee corresponding to the new courses they will attend.
