6. Resolution on the approval of the proposal to amend the Structure of the 2026-2027 academic year for bachelor’s and master’s university studies, full-time/part-time/distance learning (IF/IFR/ID), in the sense of reducing the registration period for the final study examination, according to the annex.
7. Resolution on the approval of verifying compliance with the procedures established by the proprietary methodology and synthesis reports on promotion examinations in the academic career, for the tenured teaching positions of associate professor and university professor, proposed for promotion examination in the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. The appointment to the position shall take effect starting with the first day of the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.
8. Resolution on the approval of verifying compliance with the procedures established by the proprietary methodology and synthesis reports on promotion examinations in the academic career, for the tenured teaching position of lecturer, proposed for promotion examination in the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. The appointment to the position shall take effect starting with the first day of the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.

Resolution on the approval of verifying compliance with the procedures established by the proprietary regulation and final reports on promotion examinations for obtaining the immediately superior professional grade, for the positions of Scientific Researcher Grade I (CS I) and Scientific Researcher Grade II (CS II), for an indefinite period, within the Interdisciplinary Research Institute and the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, in the 2025-2026 academic year.
13. Resolution on the approval of maintaining the tenured status in higher education, after reaching the retirement age, in the 2026-2027 academic year, of Prof. Rev. Ion Vicovan, Ph.D., from the Faculty of Orthodox Theology „Sfântul Dumitru Stăniloae”.

17. Resolution on the approval of establishing the master’s university study program Fitness and Body Aesthetics, at full-time learning form, in Romanian language of instruction, 120 ECTS credits, location Chernivtsi (Ukraine), starting with the 2027-2028 academic year, by inclusion in the accredited master’s university study field of Science of Sport and Physical Education, Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.
18. Resolution on the approval of transmitting to ANC the request for registration of the master’s university study program Fitness and Body Aesthetics, 120 ECTS credits, location Chernivtsi (Ukraine), starting with the 2027-2028 academic year, and for registering the qualification associated with the program.
19. Resolution on the approval of the curricula valid for series starting with the 1st year of study, 2026-2027 academic year: – Curricula for the psycho-pedagogical training program level I – bachelor’s university studies; – Curricula for the psycho-pedagogical training program level II – master’s university studies; – Curricula for the psycho-pedagogical training program level I and level II – post-graduate studies.
