1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the endorsement of the establishment of the Doctoral School of Geosciences in the context of the reorganization of the Doctoral School of Chemistry and Life and Earth Sciences, which shall function as an independent organizational and administrative structure within the IOSUD of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

4. Decision regarding the approval of the Calendar of elections for the Councils of Doctoral Schools resulting from the reorganization of the doctoral school of Life and Earth Sciences for the 2017–2022 mandate (according to the annex).

5. Decision regarding the approval of amending article 16 of the Regulation of the Ethics Commission of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași as follows: 16. Appeals. Decisions of the Ethics Commission regarding sanctions established for deviations from the Code of Ethics and Professional Deontology may be appealed in accordance with legal provisions in force.

Decision regarding the approval of taking over through a loan-for-use (comodat) contract, for a period of two years, of the UAIC space located in Iași, 11 Carol I Boulevard, Body A, ground floor, with an area of 150.11 sqm, identified according to the attached sketch and existing related equipment (furniture), for use by SC Conventus SRL for carrying out specific bookstore activities, under the name Tafrali Bookstore.
