Decisions of the University Senate of May 25, 2017

1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the approval of the Calendar of elections for the Councils of doctoral schools within IOSUD – UAIC for the 2017–2022 mandate (according to the annex).

3. Decision regarding the endorsement of the separation of the Doctoral School of Chemistry from the Doctoral School of Chemistry and Life and Earth Sciences, which shall function as an independent organizational and administrative structure within the IOSUD of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.

4. Decision regarding the approval of the merger by amalgamation of the “Junior” School within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași and the “Junior” Kindergarten within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, under the name of “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași – “Junior” Primary School.

5. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on the competition for filling the scientific research assistant position – temporary, put up for competition within the research project MappingBooks, contr. 4/2014, Code PN-II-PT-PCCA-2013-4-1878. Appointment to the position shall be made effective June 15, 2017.

6. Decision regarding the approval of verifying compliance with procedures established by the specific methodology and approval of synthesis reports on competitions for filling the three scientific research assistant positions – temporary (3/4 norm, 2 hours/day), put up for competition within the research project DEVTREC, financing contract no. 78PED/03/01/2017. Appointment to the position shall be made effective June 15, 2017.

7. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on student study mobilities within the Universitaria Consortium.

8. Decision regarding the approval of affiliation as a PhD supervisor to the Doctoral School of Chemistry and Life and Earth Sciences of the following teaching staff:

Decision regarding the approval of the competition commission for filling the position of scientific research assistant, part-time working schedule, 4 hours/day, included in the job description of the research project POC-A1-A1.2.3.-G-2015, ID P_40_371, SMIS 106611, financing contract no. 13/01.09.2016, entitled Experimental development in public-private partnership for the creation of native cloud platforms with advanced data protection characteristics – PRIVATESKY.

11. Decision regarding the approval of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Museum of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași.
