Decisions of the University Senate of May 11, 2017

1. Decision regarding the approval of the composition of the vote counting commission, as follows:

2. Decision regarding the approval of commissions for teaching positions, temporary and permanent, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2016–2017 academic year.

3. Decision regarding the approval of commissions for scientific research positions, temporary and permanent, put up for competition in the second semester of the 2016–2017 academic year.

4. Decision regarding the approval of amending article 2 paragraph (1) according to the text below and Annex II concerning the minimal domain standards of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, from the Methodology of competition for filling permanent teaching positions of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, in accordance with Order of the Ministry of National Education no. 6129 of December 20, 2016, published in the Official Gazette no. 123 of February 15, 2017, according to the annex.

Art. 2 par. (1) Only persons who meet the minimum and mandatory standards established by the specific methodology may apply for teaching positions within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași. These are superior to the minimum national standards approved by order no. 6129 of December 20, 2016, and in accordance with art. 219 par. (1) let. a) and art. 295 par. (1) of National Education Law no. 1/2011.

5. Decision regarding the approval of amending article 2 paragraph (1) of the Methodology of competition for filling permanent research positions of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași, in accordance with Order of the Ministry of National Education no. 6129 of December 20, 2016, published in the Official Gazette no. 123 of February 15, 2017, as follows:
Art. 2. par. (1) Only persons who meet the minimum mandatory standards established by the specific methodology may apply for research positions within the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași. These may be superior to the minimum national standards provided in OMEN no. 6129 of December 20, 2016, published in the Official Gazette no. 123 of February 15, 2017, referred to in art. 219 par. (1) let. a) and art. 295 par. (1) of National Education Law no. 1/2011.

6. Decision regarding the approval of amending the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the process for obtaining the habilitation certificate of the “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași in accordance with Order of the Ministry of National Education no. 6129 of December 20, 2016, published in the Official Gazette no. 123 of February 15, 2017, according to the annex.

7. Decision regarding the validation of the competition for filling the position of Administrative General Director at the General Administrative Directorate of the University, full-time, permanent, and the filling of this position by Mr. Costel Palade, starting with May 15, 2017.

8. Decision regarding the validation of the election of Miss Andreea – Elena Bărău, first-year student in master’s university studies, as student representative in the Council of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports.
